Festival Glitter is a new line of cosmetic glitters gels made in the USA by the Art Factory. This line of chunky glitter is created using a mix of different colors and shapes to sparkle up any face paint design or can be used by itself as a showstopper! The gel sticks to the skin so you won't have a messy kit- this glitter goes exactly where you want it to! We use holographic reflective glitters to create a stunning rainbow effect when exposed to sunlight! You will be LOVE it!
